Electrical Engineer-Fresh Graduate

Job Purpose
This position is suitable for fresh Electrical Engineering graduates looking to begin their professional careers. The role involves supporting electrical engineering activities efficiently and within defined quality standards, policies, and procedures while contributing to departmental operational objectives and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support senior engineers in electrical engineering activities and technical tasks.
Assist with the preparation and review of electrical drawings, reports, calculations, and documentation.
Support inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities as required.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Follow applicable engineering standards, safety procedures, and organizational policies.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other departments to support project and operational activities.
Maintain accurate technical records and documentation.
Continuously develop technical knowledge and practical engineering skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience (0–2 years).
Good understanding of basic electrical engineering principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
