Civil Engineer – Fresher

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer – Fresher to begin their professional career in a dynamic engineering environment. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and support the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects while developing practical industry knowledge and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers with the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
Support site activities, inspections, measurements, and fieldwork as required.
Assist with reviewing technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
Support project teams in monitoring construction activities and ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards.
Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Apply engineering principles to support practical solutions to project challenges.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and technical documentation.
Learn and apply industry standards, engineering procedures, health and safety requirements, and best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovative solutions within project activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Recent graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience.
Minimum academic requirement: GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 4.0/5.0.
Strong understanding of fundamental civil engineering principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
