A leading FinTech company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to lead and execute complex business and technology projects. The role requires strong project leadership, technical understanding, strategic alignment, and the ability to independently drive projects from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex business and technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee technical integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity requirements related to payment solutions.
Apply project management best practices and continuously improve PMO frameworks and processes.
Lead, mentor, and guide project teams, promoting accountability and high performance.
Coordinate closely with enterprise leadership and key stakeholders.
Make independent decisions and proactively resolve project challenges.
Ensure projects comply with technical standards, business requirements, and organizational policies.
Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous team development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management / PMO, preferably within FinTech, payments, banking, or technology.
Strong understanding of business and technical project environments.
Experience managing technology integrations and complex projects.
Knowledge of server infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts is preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience developing or improving project management frameworks and methodologies.
