Land Surveyor – Construction Projects

Job Overview
A well-established contracting company is urgently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate site surveys, setting out construction works, verifying levels and coordinates, and supporting project teams to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct land and construction surveys, measurements, and site investigations.
Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, alignments, and elevations.
Perform setting-out activities for foundations, structures, roads, utilities, and other construction works.
Verify construction works against approved drawings and design coordinates.
Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related instruments.
Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, calculations, and reports.
Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, consultants, and contractors.
Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.
Provide survey data required for construction progress and as-built documentation.
Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.
Strong experience in construction site setting-out and engineering surveys.
Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinates.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Saudi Arabia/GCC construction experience is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
