Project Manager – Construction

Job Overview
A well-established contracting company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong project leadership, site management, and coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality and safety standards.

This is an urgent requirement for an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion.
Oversee day-to-day project execution and site activities.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
Monitor project costs and support effective cost control.
Review project plans, schedules, method statements, and technical documentation.
Prepare regular progress reports and provide updates to senior management.
Manage risks, variations, changes, and project-related issues.
Ensure proper project documentation and successful handover.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software; Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Saudi Arabia / GCC construction experience is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
