Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facility Management Officer to oversee building operations, maintenance, and safety. The candidate will ensure all facilities are running efficiently and meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day facility operations
Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and security staff
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
Monitor facility budgets and control costs
Ensure health & safety compliance
Handle vendor and contractor management
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business preferred)
2–5 years experience in facility management
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CAFM systems
Knowledge of safety regulations
Team management skills
