Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices

Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage the complete lifecycle of medical devices, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective actions. The role will ensure the safe and reliable operation of medical equipment while supporting customers and contributing to service business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair visits for medical devices.
Execute technical corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of field issues.
Support the installation of medical equipment and provide basic user orientation and training.
Generate and develop service-related revenue, including service contracts, accessories, and related solutions.
Report quality issues and technical feedback from the field to Service and Quality Management teams.
Maintain and update the installed database of medical devices and related information.
Maintain accurate medical device records in accordance with applicable standards and local regulations.
Support sales and marketing activities, including equipment replacements, demonstrations, exhibitions, workshops, and special sales programs.
Represent the organization professionally during customer visits and technical engagements.
Ensure all field service activities are performed safely and in accordance with applicable procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Practical training or relevant experience in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Devices.
Basic knowledge of medical equipment and device technologies.
Advanced English language skills.
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of networking.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as required.
