Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil construction activities and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other engineering teams.
Monitor earthworks, pavement, drainage, utilities, and associated infrastructure works.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Identify technical issues and support timely engineering solutions.
Prepare and review technical reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Strong experience in construction supervision and technical coordination.
Practical experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of earthworks, pavement, drainage, and utilities coordination.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
