A leading facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery across commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
Manage facilities operations and maintenance activities
Develop preventive maintenance programs
Supervise service providers and contractors
Prepare operational budgets and reports
Ensure health and safety compliance
Manage client relationships and service agreements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
6–12 years of experience
GCC experience preferred
