Estimation Engineer – Civil

Job Overview
A leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer – Civil with strong expertise in civil estimation and quantity take-off for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil project estimates and cost calculations.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
Perform accurate quantity take-offs for civil works.
Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates.
Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Support tender preparation and submission.
Coordinate with technical, procurement, and commercial teams.
Identify potential cost risks and opportunities.
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong proficiency in Civil Estimation and Quantity Take-Off.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Experience with tendering and BOQ preparation.
