Job Overview
A leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer specializing in Civil, Steel, and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in estimation, tendering, and quantity assessment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, steel, and infrastructure projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Perform quantity take-offs and develop accurate BOQs.
Analyze project costs, materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor quotations.
Support tender preparation and commercial evaluations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
Review quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of estimation and tendering.
Strong understanding of Civil, Steel, and Infrastructure works.
Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
