Fresh Graduate Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for a Fresh Graduate Engineer / Junior Engineer to support construction and infrastructure projects across site coordination, quantity requirements, cost management, materials, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, practical understanding of construction activities, and the ability to work effectively across project sites and office teams.

Responsibilities

Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
Analyze maintenance, material, and contract costs to support cost-effective decisions.
Coordinate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and related documentation.
Support managers and clients with improvement strategies and technical recommendations.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely ordering.
Track design changes and update related budgets and documentation.
Maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel to project sites as required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong practical/site exposure may be considered.
Middle East/Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure and construction.
Good understanding of construction safety requirements.
Knowledge of multiple construction disciplines and practical “how-to” execution.
Strong understanding of cost management and construction coordination.
Valid driving license.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
