Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and ensure all building systems operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance technicians.
Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
Inspect electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Coordinate with external contractors.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Ensure workplace safety standards are followed.
Monitor spare parts inventory.
Resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of maintenance planning systems.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
