Key Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Diagnose equipment failures and recommend solutions.
Plan preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
4+ years of building maintenance experience.
