Facility Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial facilities. The successful candidate will ensure buildings are safe, efficient, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
Supervise maintenance teams and contractors.
Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Manage facility budgets and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate office renovations and space planning.
Prepare maintenance and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
5+ years of facility management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Experience using CAFM software is preferred.
