FMCG Operations Manager
Job Description
A leading FMCG company is seeking an experienced FMCG Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, retail operations, and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, improve productivity, optimize costs, and maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day FMCG operations across warehouses and retail outlets.
Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment.
Ensure timely distribution and delivery of products.
Monitor warehouse operations and logistics performance.
Develop operational strategies to improve productivity.
Lead and supervise warehouse, logistics, and retail teams.
Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Control operational budgets and reduce costs.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance departments.
Resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
Implement continuous process improvements.
Ensure health, safety, and food quality regulations are followed.
Monitor supplier and distributor performance.
Prepare monthly operational and management reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of FMCG operations experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
