Facility Supervisor
Job Description
A leading Facility Management company is seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of commercial and residential facilities. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate preventive maintenance activities, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high service standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent coordination with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
Lead and manage maintenance technicians and support staff.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and performance reports.
Manage facility budgets and maintenance expenses.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed on time and within company standards.
Handle emergency maintenance situations efficiently.
Maintain excellent relationships with tenants and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4–6 years of Facility Management experience.
Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
