A leading logistics company is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and performance of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment. The successful candidate will ensure fleet reliability, optimize maintenance schedules, and minimize vehicle downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise fleet maintenance operations.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor repair activities and costs.
Coordinate with workshops and vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain fleet maintenance records.
Analyze fleet performance and prepare reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
4–8 years of fleet maintenance experience.
Heavy vehicle experience preferred.
