Procurement Officer / Procurement Manager
Job Description
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer/Manager to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchasing activities, and contract administration. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop procurement strategies.
Source qualified suppliers and vendors.
Conduct RFQs, tenders, and bid evaluations.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
Maintain supplier performance records.
Manage procurement budgets.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams.
Prepare procurement reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Procurement Officer: 3–5 years.
Procurement Manager: 6–10 years.
GCC experience preferred.
