Job Description
A leading EPC contractor is seeking a Contracts Engineer to administer project contracts, evaluate claims, manage variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review contracts.
Evaluate variation orders and claims.
Support tendering activities.
Monitor contract compliance.
Coordinate with legal and project teams.
Prepare commercial reports.
Manage subcontract agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
5–10 years of experience.
Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts.
GCC experience preferred.
