Maintenance Manager

A well-established industrial organization is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, asset reliability programs, and engineering support activities across manufacturing and facility operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing preventive maintenance strategies, minimizing equipment downtime, improving operational efficiency, and managing maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Manage maintenance teams, supervisors, and technicians
Monitor equipment performance and reliability
Reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs
Plan maintenance shutdowns and repair schedules
Review maintenance KPIs and performance reports
Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
Coordinate with production and operations departments
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Evaluate contractor performance and maintenance service providers
Implement asset management and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
7–12 years of maintenance experience
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities
Preferred Qualifications
CMRP Certification preferred
GCC industrial experience
Knowledge of SAP PM or CMMS software
