Responsibilities

Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence
Monitor office supplies and vendor coordination
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and office databases

Ensure compliance with company administrative policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of administration experience
Strong MS Office skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
