Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and documentation
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support employee relations and HR policies
Coordinate training and performance evaluations
Assist with visa and labor documentation
Prepare HR reports and administrative records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
2–5 years of HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures
Preferred Qualifications
GCC HR experience preferred
HR software knowledge is an advantage
