Health Safety Environment Officer
Job Description
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular workplace health and safety assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the company’s hazardous waste program, including collection, storage, transportation, and disposal.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and education on health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities, including training records and accident reports.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in health and safety regulations and ensure the company is in compliance.
- Lead the company’s emergency response team and develop emergency response plans.
