Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Sales Engineer to drive pre-sales and after-sales activities, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The role involves engaging with developers, consultants, contractors, and MEP stakeholders, understanding customer requirements, and delivering effective technical and commercial solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical HVAC knowledge with sales and market intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers during pre-sales and after-sales stages to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, consultants, main contractors, MEP contractors, and dealer networks.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HVAC and construction projects.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Provide marketing materials such as brochures, technical datasheets, and product presentations to clients.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor pricing, technical offerings, and positioning.
  • Engage customers to obtain feedback and insights to improve products and services.
  • Assess and provide feedback on customer creditworthiness through market references, suppliers, and contractor networks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and project teams) to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Support tendering processes, negotiations, and order finalization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (HVAC specialization preferred).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HVAC sales within construction or MEP industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, etc.).
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and developers in GCC markets.
  • Good understanding of tendering, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and close sales effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major HVAC brands and products.
  • Knowledge of GCC regulations, standards, and project approval processes.
  • Existing network within developers, contractors, and MEP consultants.
