A reputed company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and experience in managing accounting functions within a fast-paced business environment.
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for supervising accounting activities, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with auditors and management teams to support business objectives effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and financial operations
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
Coordinate with auditors for financial audits
Monitor payroll processing and expense controls
Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
Support strategic financial planning and forecasting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
ACCA/CA/CMA qualification preferred
Minimum 4–7 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
