Financial Analyst

A leading corporate organization is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will provide valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure organizational profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards.
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial statements and business performance.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support investment and cost analysis.
Prepare management reports and presentations.
Assist with audits and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
3–6 years of financial analysis experience.
ACCA, CMA, CFA, or CPA certification is an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
