Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer to plan, execute, and optimize engineering projects while ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, and budget. The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, as well as supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will focus on improving operational efficiency, quality, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage projects in line with approved scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery and technical service execution.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan, supervise, and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities across project sites.
  • Analyze workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on performance, timelines, and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best engineering practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in industrial, production, or construction project environments.
  • Strong understanding of project execution, process optimization, and workflow analysis.
  • Experience in reviewing engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
  • Proficiency in engineering and project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Experience in GCC industrial or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards).
