Job Description
A leading construction company is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors and Site Engineers to manage project quantities, cost control, site supervision, and contract administration for major infrastructure and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Supervise construction activities.
Process variation orders and payment certificates.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Ensure work complies with project specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
4–8 years of experience.
GCC experience preferred.
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and AutoCAD.
