Job Description
A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management. The successful candidate will develop supply chain strategies, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure uninterrupted product availability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies.
Manage procurement, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasting.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
Optimize logistics and transportation processes.
Prepare supply chain KPIs and management reports.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in supply chain operations.
GCC experience preferred.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
