A leading project management organization is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for a major ATMP cGMP Facility Project in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: SAR 11,000 – 15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering all project phases.
Integrate multidisciplinary inputs into the master schedule.
Coordinate and consolidate subcontractor schedules.
Monitor site progress and prepare weekly/monthly schedule updates.
Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.
Track schedule variances and develop recovery plans.
Prepare lookahead schedules, S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress dashboards.
Support procurement planning and monitor long-lead items.
Coordinate testing & commissioning schedules and system handovers.
Maintain records related to delays, disruptions, EOT claims, and schedule changes.
Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and reporting requirements.
Review subcontractor progress claims and validate actual progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction or industrial projects.
Experience with complex projects such as GMP facilities, cleanrooms, healthcare, or industrial facilities.
Strong experience in Design-Build project environments.
Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing for Civil, MEP, HVAC, Utilities, and Cleanroom systems.
Experience with delay analysis methodologies, including Time Impact Analysis and Window Analysis.
Ability to develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
