Key Responsibilities
Design RCC structures for villas and buildings up to G+4 floors.
Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, and PROKON.
Prepare and independently check structural drawings using AutoCAD.
Ensure designs comply with applicable Dubai Municipality requirements and standards.
Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines.
Complete assigned design work within agreed timelines.
Support the team in technical reviews and project deliverables.
Requirements
DM G+4 approval is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in structural design of villas and buildings up to G+4.
Strong experience with ETABS, SAFE, and PROKON.
Ability to independently prepare and review structural drawings in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of steel structure design will be an added advantage.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to deliver work within agreed deadlines.
Salary
AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
