FMCG Sales Supervisor

Job Overview
Our reputed Client in Saudi Arabia Dammam is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise sales, merchandising, and promotional teams while ensuring achievement of sales targets, strong product visibility, and excellent customer service. The role involves managing field operations, monitoring market performance, and coordinating with distribution and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead sales representatives, merchandisers, and promoters.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
Monitor product availability, stock levels, distribution, and shelf visibility across retail outlets.
Implement merchandising standards and promotional campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, product placement, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, distributors, and business partners.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and team performance reports.
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience managing sales and merchandising teams.
Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, sales, and merchandising.
Good knowledge of market development and competitor analysis.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
