Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, improve sales performance, manage teams, and ensure excellent customer service across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail operations and store performance.
Monitor sales targets, inventory, and stock availability.
Lead, train, and motivate retail staff.
Ensure proper merchandising and product presentation.
Analyze sales and operational reports.
Maintain customer service and company quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and other departments when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in FMCG or retail operations.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Good understanding of inventory and sales operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
