Job Description
A leading FMCG company is seeking an experienced FMCG & Retail Operations Manager to oversee retail operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and store performance. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily retail and warehouse operations.
Supervise store managers and operations teams.
Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage.
Improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
Develop operational policies and procedures.
Control operational budgets and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Prepare operational reports and business analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail, or Supply Chain.
5–8 years of FMCG/Retail operations experience.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
GCC experience is preferred.
