Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and support workforce planning across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
3–5 years of recruitment experience.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Strong interviewing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
