Operations Manager

A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure operational excellence across all departments. The successful candidate will develop operational strategies, manage budgets, optimize business processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with proven experience in managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans.
Monitor operational performance using KPIs and prepare management reports.
Improve productivity by streamlining business processes.
Manage operational budgets and control expenses.
Lead, coach, and supervise operational staff.
Coordinate with finance, HR, procurement, and sales departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
Conduct performance reviews and staff development programs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
MBA is preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of operations management experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
