Human Resources Manager

A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws while driving employee engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment and onboarding activities.
Lead employee performance management programs.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and workforce planning strategies.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Support organizational change and succession planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
5–8 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
HR certifications (SHRM/CIPD) are an advantage.
