A prestigious luxury hotel is seeking an experienced Beverage Services Manager to oversee all beverage operations, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and ensure compliance with hospitality standards. The successful candidate will lead beverage teams, optimize inventory, and develop innovative beverage programs to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily beverage operations.
Develop beverage menus and pricing strategies.
Supervise bar and service staff.
Monitor inventory and supplier relationships.
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.

Train and mentor employees.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
5–8 years of experience in luxury hotels.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
GCC experience preferred.
