QHSE Manager
Job Description
A leading EPC contractor is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across major construction and industrial projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and client requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement QHSE management systems.
Conduct audits and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations.
Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
Monitor HSE performance and prepare reports.
Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or HSE.
8–12 years of experience.
NEBOSH IGC or Diploma required.
ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred.
