Mechanical Design Engineer

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, equipment specifications, and ensure compliance with international design standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Prepare engineering calculations and technical drawings.
Review shop drawings and material submittals.
Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE and international standards.
Support tendering and procurement activities.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Prepare project documentation and reports.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in MEP or building services.
GCC experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HAP software.
