IT Support Engineer
Job Description
A leading organization is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of business systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure computer hardware, software, and networks.
Provide technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues.
Maintain Windows Server and Active Directory.
Support Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
Monitor IT systems and perform preventive maintenance.
Document IT issues and resolutions.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
3–5 years of IT support experience.
Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications are preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
