Job Description

A leading multinational company is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement activities for major projects. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop procurement plans and sourcing strategies
Manage RFQs, RFPs, and tendering processes
Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts
Monitor procurement budgets and costs
Coordinate with project and operations teams
Ensure timely material delivery
Maintain procurement documentation and records
Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
5–8 years of procurement experience
GCC experience preferred
