Process Engineer
Job Description
A leading petrochemical company is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The successful candidate will support plant operations by analyzing process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing engineering solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize plant process performance
Conduct process simulations and calculations
Develop operating procedures and technical reports
Troubleshoot process-related issues
Support plant start-up and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams
Participate in process hazard analyses (PHA)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
4–8 years of process engineering experience
GCC experience preferred
Knowledge of Aspen HYSYS is preferred
