HR Manager
Job Description
A leading multinational organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and compliance.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop workforce strategies, improve talent retention, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing HR operations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution activities
Lead performance management and appraisal programs
Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Conduct workforce planning and succession planning
Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports
Coordinate training and professional development programs
Advise management on HR-related matters and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7–12 years of HR experience
Minimum 3 years in an HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or PHR certification
GCC experience preferred
Experience managing multicultural workforces
