A growing company in Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to oversee product development, market analysis, and product performance strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage products throughout their lifecycle.
The Product Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to develop effective product strategies, identify market opportunities, and ensure successful product positioning in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies and plans
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns
Monitor product performance and customer feedback
Work with sales and marketing teams to increase product visibility
Prepare pricing strategies and product presentations
Analyze customer needs and market trends
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams
Maintain product documentation and reports
Support business growth and revenue targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3–6 years of product management experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of market research and product lifecycle management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
