Civil Engineer

Job Description
A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities at various project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction processes, site management, and project coordination. The role requires effective communication with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects within deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites
Ensure work execution according to approved drawings and specifications
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
Prepare BOQs, progress reports, and technical documentation
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently
Coordinate with procurement and project departments for smooth operations
Maintain daily site activity reports and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant construction site experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage site activities independently
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
