Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Sales Engineer to drive pre-sales and after-sales activities, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong HVAC technical knowledge along with sales and business development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre-sales and after-sales customer support
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and MEP stakeholders
Identify and secure new HVAC business opportunities
Prepare technical and commercial proposals
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable HVAC solutions
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
Support tendering, negotiations, and order finalization
Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–7 years of HVAC sales experience
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
Experience in GCC construction/MEP market
Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with major HVAC brands
Existing contractor and consultant network
