Job Description
- User Support: Respond to service requests, diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, network, printers) via helpdesk, phone, or chat.
- System Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, networks, and peripherals for new and existing users.
- Account Management: Set up user accounts, manage permissions, and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and fix faults, from simple password resets to complex system errors.
- Documentation: Log all issues, update tickets, and maintain knowledge bases with known fixes.
- Updates & Upgrades: Install software updates, antivirus, and upgrade systems to improve performance.
- Training: Train users on new software, hardware, and IT best practices.
