IT Support Specialist
Job Description
- Technical Support: Provide 1st/2nd line troubleshooting for software, hardware, networks, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintenance & Installation: Install, configure, and maintain computers, software applications (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365), and peripherals.
- Network Troubleshooting: Assist with diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- User Management: Set up new user accounts, manage permissions, and handle password resets.
- Ticketing System: Document support requests and resolutions within a ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Training & Security: Guide users on new technologies and adhere to cybersecurity protocols.
